The Short Version
I'm an LA native with 25+ years in CX and contact center operations. I've built teams for eComm brands, SaaS companies, subscription services, and everything in between.
I founded RISE Global Solutions and Calltastic, ran CX for fast-growing startups, and now I help founders and operators build support systems that actually scale.
I don't do fluff. I don't do "strategic decks" that never get implemented. I do real work—strategy, execution, and everything in between.
How I Got Here
I started in call centers back when we still used paper and highlighters. Worked my way up from agent to team lead to operations manager to VP of CX.
Along the way, I built teams across domestic, nearshore, and offshore markets. I've managed vendor relationships, implemented tech stacks, designed QA frameworks, and scaled support orgs from 5 to 500+.
In 2010, I founded RISE Global Solutions, a BPO focused on helping startups and growing brands scale customer support without losing quality. Later, I launched Calltastic, offering flexible, tech-enabled support for eComm and subscription businesses.
Now, I work with founders and CX leaders who need strategic guidance, interim leadership, or hands-on execution—without the overhead of a full-time exec.

- Led vendor RFPs, contract negotiations, and tech procurement

Everything starts with the customer. If it doesn't improve their experience, we don't do it.

Crisis mode doesn't help anyone. I stay steady, make decisions fast, and keep the team focused.

I build systems that run without me. I'm here to set you up for long-term success, not create dependency.
Coach to Teams, Not Micromanager
I trust people to do their jobs. My role is to coach, remove blockers, and make sure they have what they need to win.

I'm based in Los Angeles, California, and serve clients across the U.S. and internationally. Most of my work is remote, but I regularly visit clients onsite when needed to help implement systems or train teams.
