My Story

From Building Call Centers to Building Companies.

I didn't start my career thinking I would become an entrepreneur.

I started in customer operations.

The Beginning

What began as a career in contact centers eventually became an education in people, leadership, technology, operations, and business.

As my career progressed, I moved from managing teams to building operations, leading organizations, developing leaders, implementing technology, and solving increasingly complex business problems.

The Evolution

That's where That Call Center Guy came from.

It started as a simple way to describe what I knew best. But over time, my career became about much more than call centers.

I became an operator.

And eventually, an entrepreneur.

Today

Today, I build companies, advise organizations, develop leaders, and continue exploring opportunities where my experience can make an impact.

That might mean building another company, helping an organization transform its customer operations, speaking to a room of entrepreneurs, teaching the next generation of business leaders, or taking on an interesting leadership challenge.

Still Building

I'm not interested in pretending I have everything figured out.

I'm interested in continuing to build, learn, and share what works.

That's what That Call Center Guy is about.

Let's Have a Conversation.
